It took being alone in the silence by the lake to see how far I had gone from restful living. This is where my heart healed, my mind quieted, and my feet slowed.
I am all for exercises in mindfulness! I've been all across the board from "Happiness Jars" to yoga! I especially love the Truth Bucket though because I need hear, see, and believe in truth.

One of the most common questions I am asked after someone discovers I'm a twin is: “What is it like to be a twin?” (For the twins reading along, I hope you find something to relate to!) I often respond, “What is it like NOT to have a twin?”
